You can track the sales process with simple checkboxes which allows you to get quick lists of contacts who have: - contacted you, but havent asked for prices - asked for a quote but haven't ordered/purchased - ordered but havent recieved your product/service - recieved product, but havent paid With a single click you can visit the contacts website or dial their phone number. Phone calls are timed and logged to the history file.
