pd-ControlPanel is a interactive program or toy program as called by some. You can interact with it by clicking on items within the program. You can click the Run Diagnostics button and watch as it simulates a diagnostics program running on our computer. This is for appearance only and is not a true diagnostic program running. You can click the green button between the VU meters to activate them. If you do not click on the diagnostics button it will automatically run in an auto diagnostics mode. There is a working clock and date console built in. Rolling over some items will create noises. There are other sound effects that will run while the diagnostic program is running. No... your computer modem is not dialing out and you don't have a call coming in... it's just the sound effects. There is a help screen and a button to go into a offline mode. Remember, It's all just for FUN, so Have fun with it...
