The FileControlsHandler DLL was written for Visual Basic, to make it easier to use the DriveListBox, DirListBox, and FileListBox to provide a program with a file-handling capability. It takes care of some of the more mundane functions (such as keeping the controls working together and handling errors) while providing a few useful features (such as ensuring that a file is always selected).
